To ensure families have the opportunity to learn more about our service, we ask that all prospective families book and attend a centre tour before joining our waitlist. During your visit, you’ll be able to explore our learning environments, meet our team, and see the centre in action, helping you decide whether Hamilton Child Care Centre is the right fit for your child and Family.

Please note that the current estimated wait time for a placement is approximately 18–24 months.

Joining the Waitlist
After attending your tour, we will email you a link to complete our waitlist application form, along with instructions for paying the non-refundable $30 administration fee.
Please note that submitting a waitlist application and paying the administration fee does not guarantee placement. We will contact you via email as soon as a position becomes available.
Important Notice for Children Aged 0–3 Years
At this time, we are not accepting new waitlist applications for children aged 0–3 years. Our waitlist for this age group has reached capacity, and we are unable to offer placements within a reasonable time frame. We appreciate your understanding.
